SPLATTERING EGGS
My friend Diana has two boiled eggs for breakfast every day,I like eggs fried in butter and scrambled eggs once a week.Recently I tried to cook eggs in my microwave, putting two eggs in their shells in a pottery mug and clicking on two minutes, thinking that would cook the whites and leave the yolks runny.Quicker than boiling them.
Half way through the exercise there was a explosion in the Microwave, when I opened the door there was egg splatted everwhere. This was not a good way to cook eggs.
Next time I will break the shells and let the eggs cook in a bowl possably with toast. Will this work? Send your answers to Mrs beetson,
