Eine Tag in der Lebens von Alt Sturmer

Schloss Charlottenberg
This is the largest and most beautiful of Berlin's nine royal residences, it reflects the grandeur of the Hohenzollern clan.Arnold Nering drew up the plans , which were expanded in the mode of Versailles by Johann Freidrich Eosander after the elector became King Friedrich 1 in 1701.
The expansive park behind the Schloss Charlottenburg is part formal French part English, with flower beds, Bent lawns, matureOak and Chestnut trees , it's a place for strolling , jogging , walking the dog , or cycling.
After taking the standard face on photograph , I entered the garden through the massive steel gates ,with a view to walk the length and take in the little streams and quaint bridge , it was a most
absorbing and tranquil atmosphere
In time I found a massive steel bridge spanning the Spree Rivers, presenting another photo shot  , at the bottom of the stairs on the other side of the river was first best busiest what I had been looking for A Bakeri where I bought coffee and a cake.I also wished to buy a stamp for the post card I had written to my grandchildren .
Across the road was the Jungfernheide SBahn station , which with one change at Gesundbrunnen would deliver me toFrohnau .
Now readers are probably wondering on the workings of a mentally stretched aged sturmer . At the International Garden Show yesterday, I met a young woman manning the Recycled Housing stand, interested in alternative building materials. During our discussion she recommended I visit Frohnau.
At Gesundbrunnen station I asked a fellow traveller if the train was going in the right direction, as the indicator boards only show the stops at the last minute ,explaining I sometimes get confused ,his response was positive and rubbing my arm most encouraging .
In our carriage where a number of Spanish tourists clicking their cameras at the passing Popular trees and Oak seedlings,I watched an elderly German with white hair and leather jacket a little perplexed by the activities .
We soon reached Frohnau , a neighbourhood not examined by Lonely Planet ,my first impression was of an aged train station displaying traditional Ger man architecture , the streets were laid out in a village style , round a fountain with shops and a bus stand .
Sticking to plan A I boarded the bus for a roundabout tour in this salubrious ares.
